Cholesterol is a waxy substance produced by the liver that can block your arteries and cause complications.
Target Range: Total cholesterol score of less than 180 mg/dL
BMI is a measurement that evaluates your ideal body weight based on your gender, age, height, and frame.
Target range: Between 18.6 and 24.9.
